Kevin specializes in all family law matters, to include matrimonial and custody disputes, with a special emphasis on the unique issues affecting military families. Kevin has served in both Iraq and Afghanistan as part of the United States Army and grew up as a military dependent. As such, he is personally familiar with the unique situation that military families face and enjoys assisting military families successfully navigate the legal system.
Kevin graduated from The College of William & Mary in 2001 where he commissioned as an officer and entered active duty assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division. Following his active duty tour Kevin attended Rutgers School of Law – Newark where he received his Juris Doctor. After law school, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Rachel N. Davidson, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior Court. Prior to working for Adinolfi & Packman, P.A., Kevin worked for a prominent North Jersey law firm.
During the 2003 invasion of Iraq, and in subsequent stability operations, Kevin was a member of the 3rd Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division. Kevin was also deployed to Afghanistan as an advisor to the Afghan National Army. His military decorations include the Combat Action Badge, the Presidential Unit Citation Award, two Bronze Star Medals, the Parachutist Badge and the Pathfinder Badge.
