Aileen S. McCandless

Aileen S. McCandless is an Associate with Adinolfi, Roberto & Burick, P.A., and focuses her practice exclusively on family law. Admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Aileen is a Member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Courts. Born and raised in South Jersey, Aileen has dedicated her educational and professional life to the Garden State. First, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey. Following her graduation, Aileen worked in constituent services for the federal government where she focused on community outreach, federal casework, and stakeholder engagement, working tirelessly for New Jersey constituents. During COVID, Aileen continued to work full-time in her constituent services role while she put herself through law school. She obtained her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. After graduating law school, Aileen served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Linda A. Galella, J.S.C. within the Family Division of the Gloucester County Superior Court of New Jersey handling all aspects of family law issues with a focus on emergent applications involving custody, parenting time and child abuse/neglect, domestic violence actions, including restraining order modifications and violations, and the juvenile adjudication docket. Aileen’s experiences in all her roles makes her uniquely suited to family law with an attention to one-on-one interaction through a thoughtful and compassionate lens. Aileen looks forward to serving the South Jersey community in all aspects of family law.
