Partners Robert Adinolfi and Ronald Lieberman Named NJ Super Lawyers and Partner Thomas Roberto and Associate Ryan Foran Selected to the Rising Stars List

Adinolfi and Ron Lieberman were, once again, named as New Jersey Super Lawyers 2021 by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Additionally, ALBRM Partner Thomas Roberto andAssociate Ryan Foran were selected to the publication’s 2021 New Jersey Rising Stars List.
Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. Adinolfi has achieved the Super Lawyers rating for the last 12 consecutive years and Liebermanhas been awarded the honor since 2011. This is the 5th year Roberto has been named to the Rising Stars List and the third year for Foran.

About Robert J. Adinolfi, Esq.
Adinolfi graduated Cum Laude with a B.S in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University in 1974 and was awarded his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 1977. For the past 44 years, first as a sole practitioner, and now as the founding partner and shareholder of Adinolfi, Lieberman, Burick, Roberto & Molotsky, PA, he has devoted his practice to family law and related areas, including marital dissolutions, appeals, alimony, civil unions, child custody, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, post-divorce cases, equitable distribution, and tax issues. About Ron Lieberman, Esq.
Lieberman re-joined ALBRM in 2020 and his dedication and recognition in the area of family/divorce law resulted in his peers selecting him as Chair of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association for 2020-2021, where he leads over 2500 family lawyers and practitioners statewide. During his career, he has lectured over 60 times on all areas of family/matrimonial law for the New Jersey State Bar Association and several other NJ associations and was admitted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers as Secretary of the New Jersey Chapter. Lieberman has been continually recognized as a Super Lawyer, Best Lawyers in America, and AV-Rated by Martindale Hubbell.
About Thomas Roberto, Esq.
Roberto is a partner with ALBRM, focusing his practice exclusively in the area of family law. He represents clients in all aspects of family law matters, including issues of parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In doing so, he handles all stages of family law litigation, including trials, appeals, and emergent applications, as well as pre- and post-judgment applications. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Roberto is a member of the Family Law Section Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and previously served as the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Subcommittee of the Family Law Section. He is also an associate editor of New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the Family Law Section, and has lectured on numerous family law topics for NJICLE and other professional organizations. Roberto received his B.A. from The College of New Jersey and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, with honors. He served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Cook, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part.
About Ryan Foran, Esq.
Following earning his law degree from Rutgers-Camden School of Law, Foran has dedicated his career to the practice of family law. He had the unique opportunity to work for nearly two years as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael V. Cresitello and the Honorable Lawrence P. DeBello of Mercer County, where he gained invaluable experience in all aspects of family law ranging from domestic violence to divorce and custody. Foran was born and raised in South Jersey where he continues to reside. He received his B.S. from Saint Joseph’s University in 2008 and remains active in the community. He is the co-chair for the Gloucester County Bar Association Family Law Committee and is a trustee for the Young Lawyers Division.
