The Super Lawyers selection process includes peer nominations, independent research, and professional evaluation. No more than 5% of attorneys in the state are selected to the Super Lawyers list each year. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5% of attorneys who are either under 40 or in their first 10 years of practice.

Thomas Roberto, Esq. has been selected to the Rising Stars list for the seventh consecutive year.

He is a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Tom maintains a comprehensive family law practice, representing clients in matters involving custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, and appeals. In addition to his work with clients, he is actively involved in the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Section and regularly contributes to continuing legal education through NJICLE, reflecting an ongoing commitment to the development of the practice and the profession.
