Mount Laurel, NJ — January 2026 — Adinolfi, Roberto, Burick & Molotsky, P.A. (ARBM), one of New Jersey’s leading family law firms, is pleased to formally announce the addition of two Associate Attorneys, Andrew Lombard and Winnie Chen, to its legal team.
While both attorneys joined the firm in the Fall of 2025, ARBM is proud to share this news now—because their early contributions have already reflected what the firm values most: thoughtful advocacy, steady professionalism, and a commitment to clients during high-stakes transitions. ARBM has long believed that strong family law practice is built through mentorship, and the firm is intentional about training, supporting, and developing newer attorneys into confident litigators and trusted counselors. Watching Andrew and Winnie grow into their roles has been a highlight of the past several weeks.
Andrew Lombard joined the firm following his clerkship with the Honorable Judge Nancy L. Ridgway, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, in Atlantic County.
During his clerkship, Mr. Lombard gained valuable experience across a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and child support.
A graduate of Rutgers Law School–Camden, Mr. Lombard earned his Juris Doctor in 2024 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in History from The College of William & Mary in 2019. Originally from Delaware County, Pennsylvania, he now resides in Philadelphia and was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2025.
Winnie Chen brings to ARBM a deep commitment to client-centered advocacy and a strong foundation in family law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from The George Washington University.
Ms. Chen previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Viktoria Kristiansson in Philadelphia Family Court and later worked as an associate attorney for a boutique South Jersey family law firm. Her experience also includes representing clients through Women
Against Abuse, the Temple Legal Aid Office, and Philadelphia Legal Assistance’s Family Law Unit, where she handled custody, domestic violence, and support matters.
Admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Chen is also a member of the Nicholas Cipriani American Inns of Court. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she approaches her work with compassion, empathy, and a focus on ensuring every client feels heard and supported.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Andrew and Winnie to ARBM,” said Tom Roberto, Managing Partner at Adinolfi, Roberto, Burick & Molotsky, P.A. “One of the most meaningful parts of what we do as a firm is mentoring new attorneys. Andrew and Winnie have already shown the kind of judgment, work ethic, and client-first mindset that makes that mentorship rewarding. We’ve loved watching their early successes, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.”
