This year’s seminar, themed “Are the Kids Alright?” is dedicated to providing innovative and unconventional solutions to intricate family law situations, focusing on child custody. The event brings together New Jersey’s leading attorneys and judges to share invaluable insights and best practices for effectively managing the challenging field of family law. Among the distinguished panel of experts, ARBM’s partner and shareholder, Thomas Roberto, will discuss creative parenting time solutions.
Creative parenting time solutions underscore the significance of finding inventive approaches for parents to maintain meaningful relationships with their children while navigating the complexities of separation or divorce. This approach acknowledges that traditional parenting plans may not suit every family’s needs and aims to discover methods to simplify and enhance the parenting process for all parties involved.
