Lieberman’s extensive resume includes certifications with the New Jersey U.S. District Court; New York U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; Pennsylvania U.S. Tax Court; Supreme Court of New Jersey – Matrimonial Law Attorney; Board Certified Family Trial Lawyer, National Board of Trial Advocacy; Fellow, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers; and Affiliate, Matrimonial Lawyers Alliance. Throughout his more than 20-year career, he has shared his experience and expertise through nearly 50 articles and blogs and has participated as a speaker or moderator at dozens of law and other professional organizations’ events. Lieberman is the former president of the Camden County Bar Association and former chair of the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA).
Roberto, who originally joined the firm in 2012, focuses his practice exclusively in the area of family law and represents clients in all aspects of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. He handles all stages of family law litigation, including trials, appeals, and emergent applications, as well as pre and post judgment applications.
Roberto is a member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section, and former Co-Chair of the FLEC Young Lawyers Subcommittee. He is also an managing editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the NJSBA Family Law Section. He has lectured on numerous family law topics for New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and other professional organizations.
