HADDONFIELD, NJ –  On November 11^th,  2019,  Adinolfi, Molotsky, Burick & Falkenstein Partner, Thomas Roberto, Esq., will be speaking at the “Hot Tips in Family Law” webinar program presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on November 11, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tom will join a panel of 45-highly respected matrimonial attorneys in this fast-paced seminar exploring complex ethical issues present in the family law practice. Tom’s presentation will focus on the ethical obligations pertaining to attorney communications under the Rules of Professional Conduct, elaborating on the ethical practices and pitfalls surrounding these obligations.                Tom is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor of arts from The College of New Jersey and his juris doctor from Widener University School of Law with honors. He previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Cook, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers – Rising Star by Thomsen Reuters from 2017 -2019, and has received numerous other accolades for his work in the field of family law.

               In addition to being a member of the Burlington County, Camden County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, he is an active member of the Family Law Section Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a former Young Lawyer Co-Chair of FLEC. He also serves as an associate editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section. He has authored numerous articles and lectured on various family law topics throughout the State of New Jersey.
