Mr. Adinolfi, who has practiced family law for 40 years, has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Lawyer.  A New Jersey attorney who is certified by the Supreme Court as a matrimonial law attorney must be a member in good standing of the NJ bar for over five years, maintain ongoing legal education requirements, demonstrate a substantial level of experience in matrimonial law, be favorably reviewed by other attorneys and judges familiar with his/her work, and take and pass a rigorous examination in matrimonial law.  Only a small percentage of attorneys in New Jersey have been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Matrimonial Law attorneys.  He is a certified Fellow and the past President of the NJ Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  He serves on the NJ Supreme Court Family Practice Committee and the NJ State Bar Family Law Executive Committee.  Mr. Adinolfi is a frequent lecturer and has been a successful trial counsel in several published opinions by the New Jersey Appellate Division, including the widely publicized engagement ring case.  He also actively serves on Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Foundation Board on the finance committee as well as the finance committee of Our Lady of Good Counsel.
