Lieberman is re-joining the firm as a shareholder and Roberto is being promoted from partner to shareholder. Lieberman’s extensive resume includes certifications with the New Jersey U.S. District Court; New York U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; Pennsylvania U.S. Tax Court; Supreme Court of New Jersey – Matrimonial Law Attorney; Board Certified Family Trial Lawyer, National Board of Trial Advocacy; Fellow, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers; and Affiliate, Matrimonial Lawyers Alliance. He earned his bachelor of arts from the University of Delaware and his juris doctor from New York Law School. Throughout his more than 20-year career, he has shared his experience and expertise through nearly 50 articles and blogs, and has participated as a speaker or moderator at dozens of law and other professional organizations’ events. Lieberman is the former president of the Camden County Bar Association and currently serves as the Chair-Elect of the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA).

Roberto focuses his practice on all aspects of family law and matrimonial matters, including alimony, child support, custody and parenting time, equitable distribution, domestic violence, premarital agreements, and adoptions. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he is a member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the NJSBA and former Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Subcommittee. He is an editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the NJSBA, and has authored numerous articles and blogs on family law issues. He is also a frequent speaker on a variety of family law topics for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the National Business Institute. He has received a number of accolades for his professional efforts, including being named a “Super Lawyers, Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters. Roberto received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey and his juris doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School (with honors).
