HADDONFIELD, N.J. — Adinolfi, Lieberman, Burick, Falkenstein, Roberto & Molotsky, PA (ALBFRM) Partners Thomas Roberto, Esq. and Ronald Lieberman, Esq. will be speaking at the “Hot Tips in Family Law: Strategic Considerations in Family Law Litigation” webinar program on November 11, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
During this fast-paced seminar, which will be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), Roberto and Lieberman will join over 40 of NJ’s top family law attorneys to share their experience and tips about developing litigation plans that protect their client’s interests while keeping their journey’s end in sight.
Specifically, Roberto will address case information statements (CIS) and credibility, with a focus on how to use a CIS at trial to establish a client’s credibility and attack the credibility of an adverse party. Lieberman will be speaking about the intricacies and best practices for presenting complex cases to new judges.

About Thomas Roberto, Esq.
Roberto is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor of arts from The College of New Jersey and his juris doctor from Widener University School of Law with honors and pro bono distinction. He previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Cook, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. About Ronald Lieberman, Esq.
Lieberman is a seasoned attorney over 20 years of experience in all aspects of family/matrimonial law including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, equitable distribution, college expenses, marital settlement agreements, high-end family and matrimonial litigation, and appellate matters. His dedication and recognition in the area of family/divorce law resulted in his peers selecting him as Chair of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association for 2020-2021, where he leads over 2500 family lawyers and practitioners statewide. A New Jersey attorney who is certified by the Supreme Court as a matrimonial law attorney must be a member in good standing of the NJ bar for over five years, maintain ongoing legal education requirements, demonstrate a substantial level of experience in matrimonial law, be favorably reviewed by other attorneys and judges familiar with his/her work, and take and pass a rigorous examination in matrimonial law. Only 3% of all attorneys in the state achieve this designation.
