HADDONFIELD, NJ – Adinolfi, Molotsky, Burick & Falkenstein, P.A. is pleased to announce that Haddonfield resident Thomas A. Roberto has rejoined the firm as a partner. He will represent clients in all aspects of divorce and family law matters, including but not limited to issues relating to parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. He handles all stages of family law litigation, including trials, appeals, and emergent applications, as well as pre and post judgment applications.

Roberto is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor of arts from The College of New Jersey and his juris doctor from Widener University School of Law with honors. He previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Cook, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers – Rising Star by Thomsen Reuters from 2017 -2019, and has received numerous other accolades for his work in the field of family law.
In addition to being a member of the Burlington County, Camden County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, he is an active member of the Family Law Section Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a former Young Lawyer Co-Chair. He also serves as an associate editor of New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section. He has authored numerous articles and lectured on various family law topics throughout New Jersey.
