Adinolfi, a co-founding shareholder and managing partner of the firm, earned his degree from Rutgers University School of Law and boasts 43 years of experience in family law. He is a highly regarded figure in the New Jersey legal community, dedicating his legal career to guiding individuals through the complexities of divorce and family law matters. Adinolfi holds the esteemed distinction of being certified as a Matrimonial Lawyer by the New Jersey Supreme Court. This recognition is bestowed upon New Jersey attorneys with over five years of active NJ bar membership, who maintain continuous legal education, demonstrate substantial expertise in matrimonial law, garner positive reviews from peers and judges familiar with their work, and successfully pass a rigorous matrimonial law examination. Adinolfi is also a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has previously served as the President of the New Jersey Chapter during the 2014-15 term.
Roberto, who originally joined the firm in 2012, concentrates his legal practice exclusively on family law. His representation encompasses a wide spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, custody and parenting arrangements, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Roberto oversees all phases of family law litigation, from trials and appeals to emergent applications, as well as pre and post-judgment matters. Roberto is an active member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section, having also served as the former Co-Chair of the FLEC Young Lawyers Subcommittee. Additionally, he holds the position of acting managing editor for the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the NJSBA Family Law Section. Roberto’s expertise extends to his role as a lecturer on numerous family law topics for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and various other professional organizations.
