HADDONFIELD, NJ – Robert Adinolfi, Esq. is pleased to announce that effective immediately South Jersey’s award-winning law firm will now be known as Adinolfi, Molotsky, Burick & Falkenstein, P.A. Mr. Adinolfi is proud to elevate Drew Molotsky, Julie Burick and Kevin Falkenstein to shareholders status and to add their names to the firm’s practice. Mr. Molotsky, Ms. Burick and Mr. Falkenstein earned the new titles after years of hard work and dedication to the firm and its clients as trusted advocates covering all areas of divorce and family law. The three attorneys were integral in the firm’s growth over the years, said Mr. Adinolfi.
“Drew, Julie and Kevin bring more than just their brilliant minds and novel approaches to our practice. They are dedicated to their clients and doing good works in the community,” said Mr. Adinolfi, who is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Law attorney celebrating his 41st year in the practice of family law and divorce. He is also fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers where he served as President and on the Board of Governors for the State of New Jersey.
Partner/Shareholder Drew Molotsky is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney and has been practicing family law for more than 25 years. Mr. Molotsky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Brandeis University and his JD from Widener University School of Law. He is a former adjunct professor of family law at Camden County College and serves as a panelist on the Burlington and Camden counties Matrimonial Settlement Panels. When he’s not practicing law or spending time with his family, Mr. Molotsky serves as Vice President of his synagogue in Cherry Hill and on the Arts Advisory Board for the Broadway Theater in Pitman.
Partner/Shareholder Julie R. Burick has practice family law for her entire career starting with Camden Regional Legal Services, Inc. as an intern, which led to her clerkship with then Judge John Tomasello in 1999. Ms. Burick where she worked for South Jersey Legal Services, Inc. in Cumberland, Salem and Gloucester County from 2002 to 2011. Ms. Burick earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Freedonia and her J.D. from Rutgers. She is a long-time member Thomas A. Forkin Family Inns of Court, and has been at the master level since 2015 and now serves on the executive committee. Extremely active in the Gloucester County Bar Association, Ms. Burick is highly skilled in the area of family law, benefits and housing law, having honed her skills through fast-paced court appearances and trial matters. She now considers Gloucester County as her adopted hometown.
Partner/Shareholder Kevin Falkenstein specializes in family law and divorce and handles many complicated cases. Mr. Falkenstein has extensive trial experience in all family law matters including domestic violence and the Division of Child Protections and Permanency. Mr. Falkenstein earned his Juris Doctor is from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice from American University in Washington D.C., where he also was a competitive swimmer and an U.S. National Finalist. As a long-time South Jersey resident, Mr. Falkenstein gives back to the community he grew up in when he is not practicing all aspects of divorce and family law. He serves on the board of South Jersey Young Professionals Association (SJYPA), a non-profit that fundraises and holds events to help those in need in the community. SJYPA has raised more than $750,000 for local charities. In addition, Mr. Falkenstein is the co-founder of the Francis J. Falkenstein Memorial Scholarship Fund, which helps high school students impacted by family members suffering from cancer.
